is cruel that
way, its spectacular
highs and devastating lows
comparable to a
powerful drug,
making you a
junkie, at the
mercy of hearts

blazing desire, no longer
fueled by passion,
gradually reducing over
time, transforming into a
smoldering funeral pyre.
